Great service as always....

I was on a road trip with my 2 kids in the car when I suddenly heard something dragging and rubbing on my front driver's side tire. Still 2 hours from home and pouring rain, I went to the closest auto shop which happened to be Pals Ocala Auto Repair. Chuck graciously took me in at closing time when he saw how desperate and stressed I was traveling solo with kids. While there was no time to do the repair, they were able to secure the problem so I could make it home safely. They even gave my kids hot wheel cars to play with! Thank you so much for helping this mama during a stressful time.

Amazing service and the managers were so kind. We were broken down in their parking lot over the weekend and they made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend PALS Auto Repair!

Brought my car in for new brakes and couldn't be happier. Very friendly, helpful, and with a parts store next door the service was really fast. If you want your car fixed right the first time and with quality parts there is nothing better than Pal's!

When I politely told Chuck that I just couldn’t afford it right now, but thank you so much for your time and effort, he turned very nasty and extremely rude. Some quotes from his text message to me included, “let someone else fix it and don’t bother me again,“ “we don’t need customers like you,“ and “don’t come back.” I’m so glad I saw this side before letting such disgusting people work on my car. I wish I could screen shot and post the conversation between us. Very shocking.

The staff was super friendly and there seemed to be a very positive work environment! Moved a little slow, but was very honest with their diagnostic and super helpful about next steps!

We were 3 hours into our 14 hour drive home when we had car issues and was able after getting a jump to make it to Pals. Chuck was over the top helpful, checked everything out and more to be sure we wouldn’t have more issues before getting home. Got us in and out quickly and charged a very reasonable price the same we would get at home. We never felt taken advantage of because we were stranded. We would recommend Pals to anyone and everyone! Thank you Chuck for all of your kind help and prompt attention!
