tried to charge me $150 before telling me what's wrong with my car only to tell me what I actually needed when I decided to not pay and leave. I would've gotten the work done had they been upfront with me from the get go. the receptionist kept "accidentally" overcharging people's cards too. very dishonest and shady people, that's how they keep their business running I guess. save your money and visit 10th street garage or plenty other mechanics who not only charge $50 for a diagnose but are efficient with their job too.

My car broke down just outside of Ocala in the first leg of my vacation journey. First the A/C then the engine went; my dog and I were in dire straights on a super hot day in August. The tow truck driver took us to the best repair shop he knew and I have to agree ! They were dog friendly and let me bring my pup into the air conditioned waiting room while they checked the car over. They put me on priority and I got my car back the next day. In the mean time they drove us to a dog friendly hotel and then picked me up the next day. I’d say above and beyond service. My car is working beautifully and A/C is blowing super cold air. Thank you Chuck & Shelley!

Needed car to be towed. Called AAA and driver recommended Paul's. Have never been there before. called and owner said bring car in. They called with est. same day and said work to be completed in 2 days. Surprise work was done in 2 days. Cost was on point with est.. Would have no question to bring work their in future.

Changing my review to reflect how much Pals helped me out. I had a problem with a repair and had to pay to get it redone. Pals went out of their way to make sure I got reimbursed for it. If you have an emergency, remember to use the TechNet service, it’s very helpful!

We are so sorry this happened, Erika. We have left messages for you, asking what happened to your car. All of the repairs that Pals provided are covered by our 3-year/36,000-mile nationwide warranty. We apologize for any problem that resulted from service at our shop. Hopefully, you will soon respond to Chuck’s messages. Thank you for allowing us to quickly respond to the issue.
