Pals did a good job on several tasks repairing my 1971 V12 4 Carb Jaguar XKE. Rebuilding the 4 carbs isn't for the timid but they diagnosed the surging problem I was experiencing and then stepped up to the complete carb rebuild. A bearing issue with the rear end was diagnosed and repaired by them along with the replacement of a few odds and ends (Fan motor, hoses, relays). Since one of my issues only happen after driving the car for 20 + minutes they even picked up my car and car returned it to me after it was repaired which was a real Plus since Ocala is about 30 to 40 minutes from me and gave them the chance to experience the issue first hand and then test the repair after it was done.

Knowledgeable guys. My carburetor came home and it was all tuned up and ready to cruise.

Was traveling to Illinois and broke down on I 75, mid Friday afternoon. My replacement transaxle was in Tampa but with quick thinking and efficient work I was back on the road before noon Saturday. Chuck. Shelly and Lester all made this horrendous event a minor hiccup in my life. Can’t say enough nice things about Pals Ocala and the wonderful staff!

I damaged my fuel line. Which I thought was much worse and asked the tow truck driver if he could recommend someone because I wasn't really sure about the place my friend was told me about. He suggested Pals and it was great service. The staff were incredibly friendly. I will be bringing both cars here for now on. Thank you do much.
