We were driving from AZ to Florida in our VW RV. Chuck and the crew were able to squeeze us in for an emergency repair to a water pulley that decided to explode. Joel at Advanced next door was able to track down a part that would work. Helped us save our trip to Disney World and to spend Christmas with our family on time. Grateful for all their hard work and professionalism under what could have turned into a very stressful situation for us. Great teamwork all around ! Thank you all very much!

We knew that PAL was our go to source for my wife’s Red Mercedes Convertible but today we learned that PAL is the source for Rodent Removal in my Avalon. Chuck continues to be our guy for all Auto issues including Rodent Removal from behind the Dash and under the Rear Seat!

I have used PALS Auto Repair for years. Excellent shop to take your vehicle for repair. The technicians are knowledgeable and do outstanding work. Chuck and Shelly are a pleasure to deal with. Not only do they take care of my daily driver, they take excellent care of my classic show car. I can't think of many things they can't do at the shop. The work is always completed on time, and Chuck goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is checked for any other potential problems. If you want good work with a guarantee at a fair price, I would highly recommend.
