Very Good Honest Service!

We recently moved to Ocala from Greater Cincinnati. My wife has a 2006 Mercedes Convertible. It has always been serviced by our Mercedes Dealer where we purchased the car. Closest Mercedes Dealer is in Gainesville which was inconvenient. We found Pal on the internet and could not have been happier. Our scheduled service was great, Chuck really knows cars and Shelly knows Customers. Great Team, we have a new home fir service for my wife’s Red Mercedes Convertible🚗

We recently moved from Greater Cincinnati to Ocala. My wife has a Red 2006 Mercedes CKL convertible with low mileage. We always had the car serviced by Mercedes Dealers. We decided that we did not want to go to Gainsville for service. We found Pal Auto Service and were very impressed with the quality of service, the professionalism of Chuck and Shelly.

I called Pals when we were traveling in our 38 foot motor home and the dash lights came on showing a brake problem. I had called different places, one said the only appointment they had was in January. Pals took us in right away and fixed it so we could continue our trip. Everyone was friendly and professional. Chuck even stopped traffic so we could get out onto the busy highway!

I had my cv axles replaced and Chuck took great care of me. They informed me of all expenses prior to repair and promptly did the job.

The service was great the facility clean. Chuck and Shellie are amazing! I thank them for helping s and keeping me informed of every step of my repair process.

My car broke down on the interstate on a Saturday afternoon. Finding this repair shop open and Chuck and Shelly so incredibly helpful was great!! Highly recommend them!
