We are not from the Ocala area and were traveling on I75 with our horse trailer and horse. Experienced a problem with an axle brake. The good folks at Pals responded very quickly, repaired the problem, checked the remaining 3 and had us back on the road quickly at an affordable price. Thanks for your timely, professional service. I recommend for anyone needing automotive service.

Kind, considerate, and listened to my problem regarding the car, great service! I have to tell you, I never thought I'd find a auto repair place with integrity, but I have found them and I am there for life. I am still in awe of the caring customer service, and the way they treated me. They have given me faith that you can do the right thing and be rewarded. My car now has a home, and I now have an extended family. Thank you to Shelly and Chuck for not only helping me out, because I am the care giver, but making my life a whole lot easier.
