Great service! They inspected my Explorer when I first bought it. Showed me things wrong with it. I went back to have an alignment done and mentioned I was hearing humming from my rear end and thought the wheel bearing was bad. I was correct but both sides were bad. They replaced both rear wheel bearings before I had to be to work at 2 pm! Jim pointed out a few other things wrong with my rear end as well. Great service

I found everyone at Pal's to be helpful and honest. I had seen some bad reviews but went anyway because they seem to know about VW beetles. I really don't understand the bad reviews as I only had good experiences with them. I was so happy with the job that they did on my bug that I brought back my truck just for service. No high pressure selling of services, they just explained what needed to be done, showed me the price and let me decide.
