Excellent service. They are always adamant to making sure they do exactly what is needed and tell you what’s needed before it’s done. They listen to your needs and what you can afford at that time. Really nice people can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for me and for helping me through when I needed it. DebbieAll they have done for me.

Took my van in for brakes, rotors, tires and oil change. Very professional. One bad tire caused a vibration in the vehicle. Called the shop, they happily invited me back to double check the tire. Upon inspection, they promptly ordered another tire, mounted and balanced it, and double checked all the other work done to the vehicle. Jim and Chuck were absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Shelly was a pleasure to talk to as well, and was helping with keeping me updated on the progress with the initial visit. Patrick and Linda have outdone themselves with the crew they have in the shop!!!

Pals auto repair is just awesome had too have a major repair and chuck ensured me everything would be ok , this is such a great shop and the customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time. 10 star service. Thanks for the ride home
