All I can say is WOW and THANK YOU to Chuck and his wife (sorry I can’t remember your name). My husband, our daughter, myself and our dog were a few hours from home after visiting our other daughter when our car broke down:( Our tow truck driver (I forget his name as well) called Pal’s to see if they would take my car in as it was already after 5pm. To our surprise they said YES and stayed open until we got there! They recommended a hotel and began assessing my vehicle right then. The next morning Chuck called us to let us know what was wrong how much it would be and that unfortunately he couldn’t get the parts in until the next morning. It was expensive and Chuck told us about a paypal account, what a great thing as I did not have all of the money to fix the car. I was very upset at the start of this and by the end Chuck and his wife made us feel like family and in a good place. He even threw in a oil change, which was a pleasant surprise! Pal’s is a family feel place that I would recommend to anyone. You don’t find good people like this often these days. I can’t thank you both enough!!!
