Our car went into limp mode coming back from the beach with our three kids, dog, pop-up camper, bikes, and a kayak. We looked online for a local repair shop and found Pals. We called and talked to the owner Chuck and he was honest and made no promises that he could fix it that day, but said he would take a look, for which we were grateful. We limped into the parking lot 45 min before closing on a Saturday, and Chuck’s team quickly diagnosed the problem (a bad engine coil) and fixed it, and we were back on the road in no time. Chuck explained what else we needed to look at when we got back home. He even gave a toy hotwheels car to our two year old. Very reasonable cost and great service!

Chuck and his crew were simply great. Starter went out in my SUV and they did an amazing job getting me up and running again. Pricing was very fair, work was excellent but the one thing most companies lack is communication....they excel in this department! I knew exactly what was going on and the cost right up front. I cannot thank them enough and having just moved to the area they are now my go to crew for all my vehicles....thanks Chuck!!!
