Wanted to charge $4,700 for a REBUILT transmission when the problem was with the range sensor and they were made aware of the code. After taking the vehicle to a reputable and honest place of business, the total to repair was less than a tenth of what this place wanted and the price included a transmission oil service. Transmission works fine and no codes. Never coming back.

Went in to make appointment, they explained everything to me gave me a written estimate of what they would do and the price for thing disclosed. I feel very comfortable taking my vehicle there next week..

Very nasty and disrespectful people. Chuck is a very selfish and careless mechanic. He incorrectly diagnosed my vehicle. Spent $1018.06 in one day for my vehicle to still be driving like it was when I got there. Chuck has no proper customer service, he hang up on me the first time and put me on hold. All these people want is their money and they do not care anything about their customers safety. I could have had my child in this vehicle and chuck still wouldn’t have cared. Thanks for wasting my time and money Pals.

My daughter went to have a fuel filter and thermostat replaced. After being charged what I thought was too high I told them the lady and her manager I could have had the work done for less money. Because I questioned their prices they then refused to accept my credit card causing me to drive 30 miles to pay them cash to release my daughter's car. These people were very rude and unprofessional. They have very poor customer relation skills. Would never use them again and would advise everyone to find another customer friendly repair shop.

We are sorry you feel this way about our service. Your adult daughter approved the work and pricing, and the repairs we made passed our quality control inspection. To add, the vehicle is covered by a nationwide warranty should anything go wrong. She's all set for safe travels. :-)
