Heading back to Jacksonville on a somewhat tight schedule my fuel pump went out on my 23 year old ToyotaTundra. I called and Chuck answered the phone, assured me that he could repair it in time. Gave me a tow company. The truck got to his shop at 11:00 and I was out the door at 1:00 pm. Friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable in costs. If you are in Ocala and need an auto repair shop, I highly recommend Pals Ocala Auto Repair.

I am a new Ocala resident this yr. And I have and love my Infiniti SUV. While shopping at the auto store next door a super cool chick working there,kinda rare, told me PALS is an Infinti expert. And I've heard lovely stories about the owner couple since then. Both work there. They were quick in diagnostics and estimate and even with a complete and overdue brake job got my vehicle back to me that afternoon. He's quite the expert and she is beautifully warm and charming. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them TWO 10s! Go visit.

I made an online appointment with Pal’s and they called me back to verify the information and the reason for my visit. They arranged to get me in earlier so that they could evaluate my car and determine the extent of the work that needed to be done. They immediately got my car in and completed the inspection. I was emailed the problem found as well as the costs to have the work completed. They were extremely efficient and thorough. Great Job and follow through.

My son and I had an excellent experience with his car repair. Chuck helped with the (difficult) car warranty company, communicated with us and did a fantastic job on my son's car.
