Had my 2006 Lexus SC 430 in for a timing belt water pump and spark plugs replacement and a check over work was completed in time stated and with 3 year warranty will definitely use again

I could not be more grateful for this place. I was traveling from Tampa to Atlanta for the holidays when my car started leaking coolant. PALs was the only place open on Saturday nearby and I brought it in first thing in the morning. I drive an Audi, and parts are not always easily accessible. Upon quickly diagnosing my problem with my vehicle, Chuck’s wife was kind enough to drive all the way to ORLANDO from Ocala to get my parts, and they were able to get the job done in the same day. Chuck is an awesome guy, and without the help of him and his wife, my holidays would’ve been ruined. I can’t imagine any other shop would have gone out of their way to do what they did for me, and I’m extremely lucky I chose to take my car here. God bless these kind people.

I definitely reccomend that you find a different mechanic and ill tell you exactly why. I spoke to a lady on the phone idk if shes owner manager or what but she made things sound REAL good…she said it costs 150$ to get it diagnosed aonce the problem is found if i chose to have them fix the problem that pjuj 150$ goes towards the total cost of the work performed. I relayed the codes being thrown and all the prior work done to it until she cut me off and said “weve got ford certified diesel techs here diagnosing your trucks problem will be no issue.” Great right? WRONG. I called almost two weeks later after hearing nothing and i was instructed to speak with whatever the mechanics name is that was supposed to be diagnosing my truck. So upon speaking to him he says im going to have to bring a couple thousand dollar deposit up there to get the truck properly diagnosed!!!??? That was NOT THE AGREEMENT AT ALL. Nor was any deposit ever mentioned as a possibility. I called the lady back and she told me to come get the truck unless i bring a couple thousand dollars up there THEN they can “properly diagnose” my vehicle. This lady is a liar and they are bad buisness. If an honest mechanic is what youre after this is NOT THE PLACE!!!

I will never bring my car back to this place, not only did I feel like they treat people of color differently but they also added services i NEVER approved of and then got upset with me for calling them out on it. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! Extremely money hungry and deceiving, I've never been so disrespected before in my life! But there's a price for treating people the way I was treated and I pray karma is gentle when it comes to collect.
