I've been coming to pals since 2016 and I haven't seen a slow day for them yet in all my visits. That's because they take good care of their customers, have extensive knowledge, and always do what's right. Top notch service, thank you guys.

The most genuine, professional, exceptional business around the ocala area I have been to. I had my toyota sienna van fixed in a very timely manner almost an in and out fashion, a water replacement which is a huge job. I dealt with the woman up front and her husband Chuck, they gave my kids a ride back to my house in their personal vehicle just to keep me from waiting there at the shop,and even offered a ride back. I have nothing but praise for Pals. The Toyota stealership asked for 3500 dollars and a week of wait of no vehicle (trying to sell me a rental service) these people at Pals are truly honest! Definitely recommend and am looking forward to giving them my business. You have earned a new customer for life!
