I was looking for a shop that I can depend on to do work at the same or higher level than what I used to do but no longer can. I came upon Pals in my search, read the reviews, talked to my neighbors and decided to try them out with brake fluid flush and coolant flush on my well abused ‘11 Smart Toad. I expected to leave it there and arranged with Chuck to get a ride home. While waiting for Shelly to finish up in the office, Chuck came in and told me I did not need a ride as the car was in the shop and would be done soon. It was! As for the work: Fluids are now clean again. Nothing dripping, no mess under the bonnet and in the engine compartment (rear). No sloppy shop optional greasy steering wheel or seat. Gotta love it. As for the cost, I expected to pay premium rates for premium quality work. My expectations were met. I will be bringing my other car, a CR-V hybrid, in for maintenance as well. The local dealer, as nice as it is, could not manage to properly change the oil after two attempts.
