I wrote a wonderful review on your YouTube channel. To some it up, i just moved down here from N.Y. I had my mechanic do $ 1200 in work including the power steering pump witch failed days later. Thay replaced it under their warranty. We made the trip safely. Last week my wife was exiting i75 it blew again and she almost hit a pole. She made it home, the next day i had it towed to pals witch I've used before for an oil change. Pals quickly diagnosed that it was the power steering pump and a hose leading to it was cross threaded and a bad pulley. Chuck evan sent me a video showing the hose leaking. My opinion is that pals is very thourow, trustworthy and friendly. Being that i worked at a tire shop for almost ten years after my nursing career i could highly recommend them. You may pay a little more than other shops in the Ocala area but believe me, You get what you pay four. So again to Shelley Chuck Patrick and all the other mechanics thank you thank you thank you. Ps i love your YouTube channel.
