Thanks to Lester chuck and Patrick at pals. Had My 08 town and country towed in yesterday. It needed a radiator and was very serprise that it was done by for o'clock. Besides myself, pals is the only shop I'll let touch my car. You may pay a little more but it's worth the onesty friendlyness and professional attitude Thay have. Not to mention the three year thirty six month warranty on there work. So thank you very much and as you say see you soon.

Chuck & his crew are the best, they took the best care on my 70 vette . They fix the rear suspension, & found out why the windshield wipers would not work , now everything works like new .

Great service and extremely friendly atmosphere. My first time to get my FIAT 500 repaired and serviced. Everything was done pronto. Had to order a window regulator and motor which had died. Installed as soon as it came in. Good summary of what was done and breakdown on parts and labor costs. Other customers I talked with also expressed their super opinion of this company. Truly it was superb service. They went the extra mile for me too. Had planned for my wife to follow me down in our other car but she was unable to walk much less drive today. No problem I was going to call and Uber but they offered to drive myself and my wife back to NE Ocala due to her condition. That's going the extra mile. Period!! Strongly recommend Pals for service and/or repair of any vehicle. My pleasure doing business here. You will too if you have a need for service on your car.

Above and beyond service from start to finish. As a classic car owner, I truly appreciate the time and dedication they put into servicing my cars. They go over the description of the problem in detail and quoted a price fairly. Finally, due to my living situation most times I am unable to pick up my vehicle, but that is never a problem, Pals have no problem dropping it off for me. This company's employees are professional, respectful, and courteous. Thank you so much. Highly recommended
