Crooks. wanted to charge me $2200.00 for what someone else charged $100.00 and 25 minute fix !!!!

Hi Eric, Thank you for reaching out to us. Your vehicle has a hesitation and miss caused by a defective throttle body. The condition is detailed in a technical service bulletin from Ford Motor Company. The technical service bulletin from Ford mandates replacement of the throttle body to remedy the condition. We explained the technical service bulletin to you at the time you were here and explained that according to the manufacturer you must replace the throttle body. As you also know, the $2200.00 included other maintenance items that you had not performed on the vehicle and we explained that the cost to replace the Throttle Body without anything else was $549.00 plus 2hrs of labor. Awuful customer service. Linda was rude and unprofessional. Saw us out of state and tried to take advantage of our situation....do not go there unless you want to spend more than you have too and be treated rudely
