Made an appointment to get oil change and rotate tires. When I got there he said it's going to be a 3 hour wait, and $10 extra for my filter. I pay $2 more at Auto zone. Since my car requires 6 quarts, that was going to be another $10. Mind you, I drove all the way from Inverness thinking I got a good deal with the Groupon. I felt they could care less about servicing my car, so I left and requested a refund from Groupon and will never return. Poor customer service for sure.
Hi Kim, We know that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you made an appointment with us. Sometimes cars come to us that are broken and require extensive repair and that is what happened today. We had 3 cars waiting this morning without appointments that required immediate assistance. These types of repairs are never planned. We explained all of this to you when you came in so that you could plan your day accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience and the wait for your service. The Groupon voucher does have a disclaimer that clearly states that there is extra charges for additional oil, cartridge filters, waste disposal and sales tax. As we explained if you are not satisfied with the voucher that you purchased from Groupon, Groupon will give you your money back for that voucher. J. Patrick
