STAY AWAY. Came from Daytona beach (80 miles from there) 99$ brake special after speaking on the phone about the vehicle, to verify the special and my appointment. Says just to come by for free brake inspection. Get there first words out of there mouth is brake special doesn't apply. (When asked about the phone call the day before, says he said to come by for a “free brake inspection” and that “ he didn’t know”) then says my car can only take ceramic brakes( a lie). You would think it would be an up charge of the cost difference, but no. New price is almost 350$ ( brake pads only. OVER TRIPLE their advertised special). Walk next door to auto-zone, they tell me my car does not require ceramic brake pads. The offer me organic at under 30$ a set Or ceramic for only 50$ a set( a 20$ difference). There special is nothing but a scam. Save your time and money and Take your business elsewhere.
Hi Kayden, The $99.00 brake special applies to your car! But your car required additional parts that are not covered by the coupon. We provided a written estimate of what your car required and explained that we could not perform the basic special without the additional parts that your car required. That's why we did not charge you for the inspection. We realize that you drove a long way to find out that your car needed more work than the coupon covered but we couldn't see your car until you got here. As we explained during the phone call, your car qualifies for the coupon special BUT it may require further service and repair at additional expense.
