Great service fair and honest. I took my car in because I felt the air contitioning wasn't working properly. They checed and found no problems. I also had my tires rotated. They cecked and found I needed an allignmend. They did the work on the spot, and gave a life time warintee

Love these guys! They do honest repairs and their prices are reasonable. We’ve done business with this company for a long time and not once have they steered us wrong! My suggestion is to take your vehicle to Pals, for whatever reason, be it complicated or something as simple as an oil change these guys can do it all and it doesn’t take all day!

excellent repair shop. great service, friendly owners and staff.

Went in for an alignment using a groupon and was told it would be an additional fee because the car would need additional work this was stated without checking to see if there would be additional work which wouldn’t have been a problem until they got nasty about it and said for me to go somewhere else because they didn’t have to service me. Customer service is definitely a lack here

Hi Shakalia, When you arrived you said that you had an alignment coupon. We asked why you needed an alignment and you said that you needed an alignment because you had control arms replaced at another facility. We then explained that the coupon disclaimer states that there is an additional charge for the alignment if work was done at another shop prior to arrival at Pals Ocala Auto Repair and you stated that you would go elsewhere to have the alignment done. Then you left. The reason the disclaimer is in the ad is because if parts are replaced it takes longer to do the alignment and the cost of the alignment goes up accordingly. We never said that we wouldn't service your car. You chose not to have your car serviced with us. J. Patrick
