I have been going to Pals for years now they have always been fair and told me the truth about what's wrong with my car and what needs to be done and they have also told me when something does not need to be done and did excellent work on my car I cannot recommend them enough excellent people honest people and fair people

I got in an accident on the highway about a mile away from Pals Ocala Auto Repair, and my radiator was busted, leaving my car to overheat easily. My family called Pals when it happened and let them know that I would leaving my car with them shortly, and to ask for Chuck. When I arrived, they took in my car quickly and took their time to check me in and talk to me even though they were about to close. Chuck was very kind and helpful during this process, and it put me at ease despite having just been in the accident. Since they were closing very soon, I had to wait next door in the Advance Auto Parts with my belongings while a friend came to pick me up, and Chuck set up a chair for me to wait and let the employees know. Highly recommend Pals Ocala Auto Repair!!

I have only reviewed your Web site through a Group On add. I'm quite impressed with the information and the easy use of the site. I'll soon be due a full synthetic oil change . I'll be calling for that first and hopefully lasting experience.

These are the nicest and most professional auto services folks I think I've EVER dealt with. They explain everything, never seem to over charge & are just friendly and honest through & through! Highly recommend their service.

May seem more expensive, but you are getting quality parts and labor. When auto is repaired by Pal's it is actually repaired, not a quick fix that won't last, and only cost you more in the long run. Done once and done correctly. Pal's is a dependable and honest auto dealership. Only wish I knew of them sooner.
