Steer clear of this place! We were very unhappy! Do not buy their Groupon It is a falsity! It will cost you more than going to a dealer! I got an appointment for 11 and we were told 1.5 hrs it it took almost 2.5 hrs for just an oil change and then on top of that they changed an extra $24. Said it was for a cartridge filter and upgraded oil. Chuck was rude when we said we were tired of waiting and they got it done pretty quick after my husband got upset with them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
Hi Jennifer, We are sorry for the misunderstanding. When you came in we explained that we were running behind and that we could reschedule your appointment to a different time so that we could meet your expectations of service. But you said that you had plenty of time and not to worry about it. The service time quoted was one and a half hours, the total service time was one hour and forty five minutes. We apologize for the delay. The Groupon coupon is not a one size fits all coupon. Vehicles require many different combinations of different oil viscosity, filter types and quantities of oil in order to service them. Because there are so many variations we try to strike a balance price for service. But that balance only fits 50% of the vehicles on the road today and the other 50% will require modification of parts and service at different prices in order to service the vehicle. Your vehicle requires the cartridge filter and so the price that we quoted before service was higher. Groupon does not include state sales tax and waste disposal in the price of the coupon when purchased and those fees are required to be paid at time of service.
