Work was done in a timely manner

The staff was very helpful in taking care of my car and with the inspection. However I feel that on some issues the staff was a little pushy and was looking for me to spend more money instead of looking for the best interest of my car.

They did a great job on my car and they were very friendly!

Do not buy a Groupon or go to this shop. The lady at the counter is so amazingly sweet. But the owner Chuck is not a nice guy. I called to make an appointment for an oil change, Chuck said no appointment needed we are not busy just stop by so within ten minutes I arrived to find that I don't need an appointment but it would take about 3 hours!! So I made an appointment for an early appointment a couple days later. I walk in with him trying to up the price to 20 or so dollars more on top of the amount of the Groupon. I have gotten Groupons for oil changes and never had a problem ever. Two experience s with Chuck and such a bad experience. I bought two Groupon so I called after walking out crying. I asked can I use both of the Groupon I bought that's 30 bucks for a oil change. He said he would call back and see what the cost would be, I thought OK maybe this guy has a heart after all. Well no phone call back. Guess I was wrong! Do not go here no mater the cost of the Groupon I'm sure this shady guy will try to squeeze whatever he can out of you.
