While traveling I had an engine problem, stopped overnight in Ocala and found Pal’s. Arrived before they opened, met Chuck who was so kind to listen to my sutuation. My truck was in the shop for diagnostics right away. There could have been a few causes, and they found the issue quickly and the repairs were completed earlier than promised. I also approved a couple other small items that needed fixing before continuing another 1200 miles to my destination. Got there with no more trouble! Thanks to Chuck, Shelly, and their team. Plus, they are in TechNet so the warranty is good near wherever I am.

I found everyone at Pal's to be helpful and honest. I had seen some bad reviews but went anyway because they seem to know about VW beetles. I really don't understand the bad reviews as I only had good experiences with them. I was so happy with the job that they did on my bug that I brought back my truck just for service. No high pressure selling of services, they just explained what needed to be done, showed me the price and let me decide.
