I got in an accident on the highway about a mile away from Pals Ocala Auto Repair, and my radiator was busted, leaving my car to overheat easily. My family called Pals when it happened and let them know that I would leaving my car with them shortly, and to ask for Chuck. When I arrived, they took in my car quickly and took their time to check me in and talk to me even though they were about to close. Chuck was very kind and helpful during this process, and it put me at ease despite having just been in the accident. Since they were closing very soon, I had to wait next door in the Advance Auto Parts with my belongings while a friend came to pick me up, and Chuck set up a chair for me to wait and let the employees know. Highly recommend Pals Ocala Auto Repair!!
