Excellent Service - my family and I (7 in all) broke down on our way home from our Princess Cruise. Of course it was Sunday so first thing Monday morning we were towed to Pal’s. They were concerned about getting us back on the road ASAP. They had access to the parts needed and got us going in a few hours. Very friendly and reasonably priced. On to our next adventure!

I purchased a vehicle long distance and had PAL's do an inspection of the vehicle before completing the purchase and driving the car 800+ miles back home. I spoke to Chuck and he promised a thorough inspection of the vehicle. He provided me pictures of the entire vehicle (inside, outside, and under). He tested all major components of the vehicle, including all fluids. Very happy with the service and peace of mind provided!
