Took an 14 Audi A8 for a starter replacement. Agreed on an expensive 1560$ work. After they replaced it they realized it also needed a battery interrupter so they go ahead and order it from Audi for 400$ Without even contacting me first!!!!!! Fine, I come pick up my car. Shelly tells me you can have an old part that was replaced, then comes in Chuck and says No you actually can’t have it as it’s a core part. Ok I finally pick up my car, leave the place and on my way home I realize they Never secured my lower engine splash shield to a point where I almost lost it on the highway. Also the interior of the car was filthy dirty. I have all pics to prove that. This is NOT the way to treat a customer who paid 1959$!!!!!!!!!!! After reading their response I can say they are LIERS!!!!!!!!!!! They NEVER called me to authorize for an additional part. They just DIDNT. Please post it publicly with my signature authorizing additional part. Lying again about offering me detailing. Yes my carpets had a lot of debris. When a said my interior was dirty I want referring to carpets. Rather to roof and side interior. Check your Facebook , I posted pics there. As for the core part Shelley said you can have your old part. She never said taking my old part would cost me money. LIERS Thieves and Crooks You want to be ripped off? Deff Visit this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t believe me? Check their websites reviews. They DELETE negative reviews from their website. You won’t find my review there.
Hi Anthony, we apologize that the cover came loose under the car! Please send us the receipt for the repair to the cover and we will reimburse you! We know that you were very stressed out about the repairs for your vehicle and because you were so upset about the car you may have forgotten that we called you to ask for authorization to add the interrupter to the services that we provided to you. Please check your paperwork and you will find a time stamp with time and date that you authorized the repair. We also informed you when we removed the interior to service the vehicle that there was a lot of dirt and debris inside of the carpet and seats and we recommended a thorough detailing of the inside of the vehicle but you declined that service. Finally when you asked for the old parts back we explained that you could have them but you would have to pay an additional minimum core charge for the starter part because the supplier remanufactures them for resale. Then you declined the starter and took the interrupter.
